About the role

Agile Robots is seeking a commercially minded and strategically focused Manager, Strategic Revenue Growth & Industry Development (m/f/d) to support the identification, development, and execution of growth initiatives across the Agile Group and its subsidiaries.

The role will focus on expanding revenue opportunities within key industrial sectors, including Automotive, Medical Technology (MedTech), Off-Highway Equipment, Aviation, and Industrial Logistics. Working closely with the business development team, sales teams, product management, and subsidiary organizations, the successful candidate will identify market opportunities, support strategic customer engagements, and help drive cross-group collaboration to accelerate sustainable growth.

This position is ideal for an individual who combines strong analytical capabilities with a hands-on approach to business development and strategic execution.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Growth Initiatives
  • Support the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives across Agile Robots and its subsidiaries.
  • Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and revenue streams within target industries.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and strategic recommendations to support investment and growth decisions.
Industry Development
  • Build a strong understanding of the Automotive, MedTech, Off-Highway, Aviation, and Industrial Logistics sectors.
  • Identify high-potential customers, applications, and industry-specific use cases for Agile Group solutions.
  • Support the development of industry-focused go-to-market strategies and growth plans.
  • Monitor industry developments, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Business Development & Strategic Account Support
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to identify and pursue strategic business opportunities.
  • Support key customer engagements and contribute to the development of strategic account plans.
  • Help coordinate complex opportunities involving multiple Agile Group entities and subsidiaries.
  • Facilitate cross-selling and solution bundling opportunities across the Group.
Cross-Group Collaboration
  • Act as a liaison between Agile Robots, its subsidiaries, and relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Support the identification and realization of commercial synergies across the organization.
  • Coordinate growth-related projects involving multiple business units and functions.
  • Promote best-practice sharing and collaboration across teams.
Strategic Partnerships
  • Support the identification and evaluation of potential strategic partners, technology partners, and industry collaborators.
  • Contribute to partnership development activities and joint business initiatives.
  • Assist in assessing partnership opportunities that can accelerate market penetration and revenue growth.
Business Performance & Reporting
  • Track growth initiatives, business development activities, and key performance indicators.
  • Prepare executive presentations, market assessments, and management reports.
  • Support annual strategic planning, forecasting, and business review processes.
  • Maintain visibility of growth pipelines and strategic opportunity portfolios.

Essential Skills

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Management, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.
Experience
  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, strategy, management consulting, industrial sales, or growth-related roles.
  • Experience within industrial automation, robotics, manufacturing technologies, engineering services, or related industrial sectors is preferred.
  • Exposure to one or more target industries, including Automotive, MedTech, Off-Highway, Aviation, or Industrial Logistics.
  • Experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
